Chimney Sweeping Services:
Chimney Repairs:
The chimney is one of the most important parts to your wood burning appliance. Whether it is a  wood stove, fireplace, furnace, etc. Without enough draft an appliance will not work at its highest efficiency.
Deteriorating bricks on the chimney, loose mortar between the bricks joints, or the crown  which is the uppermost part of a chimney above the bricks, maybe signs that your chimney should be looked at by a chimney professional.
The crown is made of cement and sloping away from the flue to keep water from entering the chimney. A metal chase cap then can be installed to cover the crown for maxium protection against water damage.
Raycon Chimney will provide to their customer a free estimate on repairs needed to an existing chimney.
Chimney Re-Lining
Chimney Re-Lining:
A chimney lining that has deteriorated beyond the point of repair, can have a metal liner system  installed to provide safety and proper draft.
A chimney liner is inserted into the chimney and provides a safe way for smoke and by-products of combustion to exit the home.
Raycon Chimney will provide to their customers a free estimate on any re-lining needed to an existing chimney.

Raincaps:
A chimney cap, sometimes called a raincap, sits on top of the chimney. It should be secured properly by a professional chimney sweep to aid in preventing it from being blown off in a strong wind. The chimney cap not only will keep rain out of the chimney but various animals as well. An animal that has access to the chimney may show up in your living room! There are several varieties of chimney caps as well as those which are custom made for your chimney.
Raycon Chimney can help you select a cap that will be right for your chimney.
